At G H Nutrition we specialise in assisting athletes who are looking to take their nutrition and performance to the next level. By working collaboratively with clients and using programmes tailored specifically for the individual we are able to help them to achieve their nutritional goals.

In nutrition there is no one size fits all, what is good for one person may not be right for another. Therefore, all programmes and consultations are confidential and bespoke to the individual, ensuring maximum progress and outcomes can be achieved.

Meet Georgie

I have a passion for nutritional health and am an advocate for the importance of achieving a healthy, active lifestyle through good eating habits in conjunction with undertaking regular exercise. Over the years I have been able to change my lifestyle for the better and through my own transformation have greatly improved both my mental and physical health.

With an interest in elite sports, I have achieved a BSc(Hons) degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition and MSc degree in Dietetics. I am now a HCPC registered Dietitian.

I have experience working with a number of high performance athletes and sports teams. My aim is to work with athletes on a 1-to-1 bases to support their individual nutritional needs and focus on hydration, energy and recovery to enhance athletic performance in both training and competition. Optimal nutrition can provide a competitive edge against opponents, I provide an evidenced based approach to nutrition and emphasise a ‘food first’ philosophy to ensure effective athlete support.

My nutritional and dietetic knowledge is not limited to elite athletes. I have worked as a Dietitian for the NHS and have experience supporting patients dietetically in both the hospital and community setting.
